I will be switching to an iPhone for security

The iPhone using iOS is considered to be a more secure platform then Android. Apple has total control over the iPhone from manufacturing to the software and better app screening. They even push updates to all supported devices when Android is horrible at updating devices due to service providers like Verizon, Sprint, and ATT needing to test any update for 6 months… This is not news, but with the recent

This is not news, but with the recent Trump and Republican administration passing a bill that blocks recent online privacy achievements, it will be even easier for Verizon, Sprint, ATT, and other companies and programs to literally track and record and then sell everything you do on your phone.  Here is a link the EFF.org article describing what they have already done – and will eventually do again; even if they say they will not do it now.

Apple has proven several times that they are very security and privacy conscious. From the previous mention of how they build their phones to them fighting several court orders to provide information about their customers – including the 2015 San Bernardino attack.

I am going to wait for the new and amazing iPhone 8?  and see if I want that or get an iPhone 7 for cheaper.
